1kg pork ribs

1 tablespoon Seven Colors Grill Seasoning
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
1 teaspoon apple cider
salt and pepper for seasoning

Pork Ribs


Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and boil for 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir constantly to avoid burning the roots.
Cook the ribs for 45 minutes
Place in a bowl with the marinade (marinate for 2 hours)
Remove ribs from marinade and bake for 20 minutes, brushing regularly with marinade.
