Method:

Step 1: In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, yeast, and milk to dissolve.
Step 2: Whisk the eggs. Add flour and salt and knead the dough with a spatula. Then continue kneading with your hands until an elastic dough is formed.

Step 3: Add the softened butter and continue kneading until the butter is well incorporated into the dough. Step 4: Shape the dough into a ball, cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap, and let rise for 1 hour.

Step 5: Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Flatten each ball slightly and roll into a ball again. Cover and let rest for another 30 minutes. Step 7: Fry the balls in hot oil on low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Step 8: Let cool slightly, then cut in half lengthwise like burger buns.
Step 9: Garnish half with whipped cream and chopped strawberries, close with the other half, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
