    • 453.59 g king crab legs
    • 4 tablespoons (56 g) unsalted butter, melted
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon garlic)
    • 1-2 teaspoons (4 g-8 g) Creole seasoning
    • ½ tablespoons (7.5 ml ) Lemon Juice
    • 1 tbsp (3 g) chopped chives or parsley
    • Lemon slices for serving

How To Make Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. When ready to cook, cut the crab legs in half so the crab meat is visible. Avoid the knife and use scissors or kitchen scissors for this. You can thank me later. Arrange the crab legs in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.In a small bowl, add butter, garlic and Creole seasoning. Heat in the microwave for about a minute.

Take out and add the lemon juice. Mix well. Brush crab legs with butter mixture; reserve the excess for serving.Place the crab legs in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley or chives. Serve immediately with the remaining sauce and/or lemon wedges and pour over the meat.
