Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Casserole

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the roaster to 375 degrees for flour tortillas or 350 degrees for sludge tortillas.

Melt the adulation in a medium saucepan; stir in the flour. Add the broth each at formerly and cookstirring constantly, until the admixture thickens and bubbles.

Stir in the sour cream, cumin, swab, pepper, and green chiles. Cook until the admixture starts to bubble, but don’t boilSet away.

Grease a 9 × 13 baking dish.

Place 6 tortillas on the bottom of the baking dishlapping slightly so they all fit.

Add the funk on top of the tortillas. Sprinkle 1 mug mozzarella over funkPour half the sour cream sauce over the rubbish subcaste.

Place the remaining 6 tortillas on top of the funk/ enchilada sauce subcaste.

Top with the remaining sour cream sauce, mozzarella & cheddar rubbish.

Singe for 15 twinkles.

Garnish with green onions and serve.
