Slammin Seafood Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
For the salad:
8 ounces penne pasta, cooked according to package instructions and cooled
1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound cooked crab meat (or imitation crab meat), flaked
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
For the dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
