Peach Dumplings

Ingredients:

 

 

  • 16 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls (two 8-oz. cans)
  • 2 large fresh peaches pitted, peeled and sliced into 8 pieces each
  • 12 Tbsp. unsalted butter melted
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Sprite, 7up or any lemon-lime soda pop
