MINI CASTELLA CAKE

THEY HAVE THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:

  • 40 g butter
  • 70 g milk
  • 40 g honey
  • 5 egg whites
  • 110 g sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • vanilla extract 98 7 9 87 120g flour

HOW TO MAKE MINI CASTELLA CAKE ?

Mix the melted butter with milk and honey.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar, then add the egg yolks, vanilla and flour. Mix 4 tablespoons of dough with the butter mixture, then mix everything together. Pour the mixture into mini molds and bake for 7 minutes at 160° and 15 minutes at 150°.
