Ingredients:
- 1 package cake mix, white or yellow (~15 ounces)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water

- 2 packages instant lemon pudding, approx. 85 ml each
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 1/4 cups cold water
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

- In a bowl, combine the pasta mixture, eggs, water, vegetable oil, vanilla essence and lemon essence (if using). Stir everything until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the lemon instant pudding mix, cold milk, lemon zest and cold water well.
- Spread the pudding mixture and then the cake mixture on a baking tray.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes or until the dough is set.
