Instructions

Preheat roaster to 350 °. In the work coliseum of a food processer, palpitation eyefuls, 1⁄2 mug coconut, and pecans until coarsely ground. Transfer admixture to a medium coliseumAdd melted adulationstirring to combineUsing the bottom of a measuring mugforcefully press admixture into bottom and up sides of a 9 × 9- inch removable- nethermost courtesan visage.

Singe until golden brown, roughly 12 twinklesLet cool fully on a line rack.
In a medium saucepan, stir together remaining 1⁄2 mug coconut, milk, cream of coconut, egg thralldom , cornstarch, and tangCook over medium heatstirring constantly, until thick and bubbly, roughly 10 twinklesRemove from heatPour into cooled crust, smoothing top with an offset spatula. Let cool to room temperature; chill until stupefied.

 

Garnish with whipped cream, cherries, orange, and coconut, if asked .
