Whole roasted cauliflower

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
fresh thyme
2 bay leaves
4 cups (1 liter) vegetable or chicken stock, depending on the size of the broccoli
1/3 cup (70 g) melted butter
fresh pepper

So prepare whole baked cauliflower

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. We also cover the cauliflower from below, removing all the stems but without breaking them. Rinse lightly and allow to dry.2.Put the whole cauliflower in a pot, pour in the broth, add the fresh thyme and bay leaves. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 12 minutes.3. Moisten the cooking sauce from time to time. Check with a knife that it slides off easily and is cooked.5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Cut it into slices and serve with some of the sauce that is created when the butter is cooked
