When these came out of oven, no one believed me that they were just 3 ingredients


Ripe Banana: 1

Rolled Oats: 1 cup

Optional Additions: Raisins, Craisins, Miniature Dark Chocolate Chips

Preparation: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Ensure your baking pan is lined with foil or parchment paper.

Mixing: Mash the ripe banana to a smooth consistency. Integrate the rolled oats and blend well. Feel free to throw in some optional additions for an extra flair.

Shaping: Use a spoon or your hands to craft cookie-sized mounds and place them on your baking pan.

Baking: Place them in the oven and bake until the edges are a lovely golden hue, roughly 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, you can microwave them for a quick treat.

Cooling: Allow the cookies to settle on the pan for a bit, then shift them to a wire rack so they cool down completely.
