Ingredients:

2 racks of baby back ribs

1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, water, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cut the ribs into individual pieces and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Place the ribs in the crockpot and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over them, making sure to coat them evenly.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.

Optional: For a crispy finish, place the ribs on a baking sheet and brush them with additional BBQ sauce. Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is caramelized.
