° 16 oz diced spinach – fresh or frozen * spinach is good– * be sure to thaw and drain well before using

° ½ C ricotta- style vegan rubbish or other soft vegan rubbish

° 3 finely diced garlic cloves

° 2 soupspoons of redundant abecedarian olive oil painting

° 1 tablespoon of ocean swab

° ½ tablespoon lately base black pepper

° ¼ tablespoon ground nutmeg

° 24 oz bottled or manual marinara sauce

° ⅓ C Italian breadcrumbs

° ¼ C grated vegan parmesan rubbish
