Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set away.
In a large skillet chef ground beef over medium–high heat unti
l no longer pink. Drain fat. Return meat to skillet. Add taco
seasoning and water. Stir to combine. Cook for 5 twinkles.
Stir in haze, Velveeta and Rotel tomatoes. Reduce heat to low,
and cook until the rubbish melts, stirring constantly.
Stir in cooked spaghetti and pour into set dish.
Top with cheddar rubbish.
Singe for 30 twinkles or until hotted through.
