toast your roaster to 200 c( 400 f) and line a baking distance with diploma paper.
Completely drop and wash the sweet potatoes to remove any dirt from the skin.
Half the sweet potatoes lengthwise( and trim the ends if they aren’t so fresh)
mizzle the visage with utmost of the olive oil painting, scatter the visage with kosher swab and thyme shoots.
Lay the sweet potato halves, cut side down, making sure the cut side is carpeted in oil painting( you ’re principally frying in the roaster) Also, make sure all the thyme shoots are covered in sweet potatoes or they will burn. There should be indeed space between the sweet potatoes.
Encounter or mizzle the remaining olive oil painting on the skin side or the sweet potatoes.
Singe 40- 50 twinkles until the meat is fully tender and soft and the sides are slightly burnt and crisp. Exact baking times might vary so if you do n’t get the crisp edges just continue incinerating for a couple more twinkles.
Remove from the roaster, allow to cool for 5 twinkles also turn over and serve( the skin is now fully comestible!)
