SLOW COOKER DR. PEPPER BBQ RIBS

INGREDIENTS

  • 4.5 pounds Country Style Boneless Pork Ribs
  • 2 cans Dr. Soda Pepper, divided
  • 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce (your favorite, we love our Sweet Baby Ray!)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the ribs in the bottom of the slow cooker and pour 1 can of lemonade over them. Cover and cook slowly on low heat for 7 hours or high heat for 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and then place a rack on top.

Mix 3/4 cup BBQ sauce with 1/2 cup Dr.Pepper soda.

Carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on the rack. Spread the sauce over it. Cook for 15 minutes, turn and brush the other side. Cook for another 15 minutes.

Serve the remaining sauce on the table.
