Peach cobbler Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (29-ounce) can sliced ​​peaches, drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Bisquick Blend
  • ½ cup melted butter or margarine
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix the Bisquick mixture, milk and ground nutmeg. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.Stir in the melted butter until well combined.

3. Pour the mixture into an 8×8 pan. Spread evenly.
4.Mix the peaches with the sugar in a bowl and spread over the dough. (A spoon helps here)
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until the cake icing is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
