MOM’S FAMOUS CREAM PUFFS

Instructions

Bring water, butter, and vanilla to a boil. Add flour. Stir constantly until a ball forms, pulling away from the sides of the pan. Remove and let cool. Beat in the 4 eggs in succession until a smooth mixture forms. After that, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you will need 8 sheets if you are making a large one) and bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.

(Pro Tip: Once you remove it from the oven, poke it out with a toothpick, turn it off, put it back in the oven, and open the door while it cools. This will prevent any air from escaping.)

Let it cool down.
Cut in half and pipe or scoop out the mom filling. Dust with powdered sugar or pour over melted chocolate. filling
Blend everything in a blender until smooth!
