Lobster Rolls

All I did was peel the lobster and season it lightly with Seafood Magic
Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet, add the minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.

After about a minute, add the lobster and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Spoon into a toasted roll, add some garlic butter and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the top and you’ve got the most delicious lobster rolls. A light and easy summer dish.
