INGREDIENTS
• 400 g / 3 cups flour (all)
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 230 ml / 7.77 ounces warm water
• 60 g / 0.22 cup softened butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Baking powder and salt Add to the flour bowl. Mix. Add butter and hot water.
Knead the dough. Divide the dough into balls and let rest for 15 minutes. Unroll each ball. Fry in a pan.
