- 700 g lemons
- 600 g sugar
- 1 l water
- vanilla extract
1. Cut the lemons into slices and put them in a pot.
2. Pour in water and bring to the boil.
3.Also sterilize the jars by submerging them in hot water for 30 minutes.
4. Put the lemons in a bowl and puree them with the blender or food processor. Then put
them in a saucepan and add the first half of the sugar, then the rest.
5. Also add the vanilla extract and cook over very low heat for 30 minutes.
