Fried Peach Pies

 

Pat the dough out until it’s about1/4 inch thickUsing a biscuit knife or the hem of a glasscut out the dough into circles. You should get about 8- 12 circlesdepending on the size of your knife.

In a medium coliseummix together the minced peaches, sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

Place a spoonful of the peach admixture onto the center of each dough circle.

Fold the dough over the stuffing to form a half– moon shapePinch the edges together to seal the pies.

Heat about 2 elevation of vegetable oil painting in a largeheavy– bottomed pot
