Instructions
Grease a 3- quart blockish baking dish. Arrange potatoes unevenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with rubbish, ham, and green onion. In a large mixing coliseum, combine eggs, milk, swab and pepper.
Pour egg admixture over potato admixture in dish.
At this point, you can cover and chill until ready to singe( several hours or overnight).
When ready to singe, preheat roaster to 350 °F.
Singe, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 twinkles or until the center appears set. Let stand for 5 twinkles beforeserving.However, you’ll need to increase baking time to 1 hour and 30 twinkles, If baking after dish has been stupefied.
