INGREDIENTS
- Boneless chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- (2) 28 ounces chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 pound cooked penne
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
INSTRUMENTS
Add chicken, peppers, tomatoes, onions, and Italian seasoning to slow cooker. I used a 6 quart slow cooker.
Cook over low heat for 8-10 hours.
Shred the chicken and add it to the slow cooker.
Add the cooked pasta and mozzarella.
Garnish with parmesan.
This also includes cooking to melt the cheese.
Then melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the breadcrumbs until golden brown.
Sprinkle the noodles with the fried crumbs. Serve and enjoy your food!
