CRANBERRY PECAN CHEESEBALL

Place Admixture in the center of a piece ofplastic serape or diploma paper and

cover fully with serape while forming it into a ball shapePlace in fridge until

ready to serve.

 

Just before servingcombine remaining ½ mug pecans, ½ dried cranberries,

and 2 teaspoon chives on a flat face or cutting boardUnwrap the ball and roll

in cranberry- pecan admixture.

 

 

Serve with crackers, pita chips, pretzels, carrots or celery.
