CHOCOLATE CHIP DOUGHNUTS

Preparation

1. Melt the incentive in a glass of milk at room temperature.

2. In a coliseum mix the flours, sugar, incentive and the milk admixture and a little vanilla.

3. Mix for a couple of twinkles.

4. Beat the eggs and add them to the admixture.

5. Knead for a many twinkles until the eggs are fully absorbed into the dough.

6. Now add the ricotta rubbish little by little.

7. Mix for 10 twinkles.

8. Eventuallyadd the chocolate chips.

9. Cover the dough with plastic serape and let rise for 3 hours.

 

10. After the rising timeroll out the dough with a rolling leg and make doughnuts with a cookie knife.

11. Cover with plastic serape and let it rise again for another hour.

12. Singe at 180 degrees for 12- 15 twinkles.

13. embellish with pulverized sugar before serving.
