630g flour (all purpose)
300 ml of milk
1. Combine milk, sugar, eggs, butter, yeast, flour and salt. Knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts. Add the cocoa to one part and mix. Let it rest for 1 hour.
2. Divide each part of the dough into 4 parts and spread the cakes. Put the cakes on top of each other, greasing with oil.
3. Shape brioche. Let it rest for 1 hour.
4. Decorate with hazelnut seeds. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Serve with chocolate.
