Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and sea salt.
Add eggs, cream, and melted butter and stir until a homogeneous mixture forms. Add grated cheese.
Using a large or small cookie scoop, spoon the dough onto the lined baking sheets, spacing them at least 2 inches apart. (It will spread as it bakes.) Shape it into a round cookie shape (flatten it slightly with your fingers),
but don’t shape it too much to keep it looking rustic. Bake until semi-set and golden brown, about 12-16 minutes.
When the cookies are ready, let them cool for 10 minutes without moving them to firm up. Mix all topping
ingredients. Next, brush the cookies with melted butter.
