PREPARATION
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Pour olive oil on top and mix. Sprinkle grated cheese over the potato wedges and mix again.
In a small bowl, combine salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle the spices over the potatoes and mix.
Place the potato wedges, skin side down, on a baking sheet.
Bake at 200℃ for 40 minutes until the potatoes are soft and golden brown.
