Instructions
Preheat the roaster to 425 F degrees.
Place the funk shanks in a coliseum and season them freehandedly with swab and pepper.
Whisk all the sauce constituents together in a small coliseum.
Pour the sauce over the shanks and toss them well.
Transfer the funk shanks to a 9 × 13 inch baking dish including any remaining sauce.
No need to grease the dish.
Transfer the baking dish to the roaster and singe for about 35 twinkles or until the funk shanks have an internal temperature of 165 F degrees and skin is crisp.
Transfer the funk to a serving plate, cover with aluminum antipode and let it rest for 10 twinkles before serving.
