FLAT BREAD IN SARGENT

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups (300 gr of plain flour

 

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

3-1/2 tablespoons (50 g) butter or margarine

 

3/4 cups of milk (185 ml)

 

1/2 tablespoon of peanut or sunflower oil to cook the breads

 

Preparation

 

1. Mix adulation and milk in a coliseumMicrowave oven on low power so the adulation just melts. You do n’t have to toast much.

2. In a coliseummix the flour and the milk- adulation admixture to form a dough. Turn onto a floured counter and knead for a many twinkles until the dough is smooth and elastic. It does n’t need a lot of kneading. Add a little further flour if the dough is too sticky.

3. Form a ball and serape in kitchen filmLet stand 30 twinkles on the kitchen counter.
