1/2 cup water

 

2 tablespoon white vinegar

 

2 tablespoons tamarind paste

 

1/4 cup olive oil

 

1 large white onion thinly sliced

 

4 chicken quarters skin on and separated

 

200 mls tomato sauce

 

1 teaspoon salt

 

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

 

1/2 teaspoon sugar

 

2 tablespoons coconut cream
