White Chocolate Caramel Fudge

Ingredients:

3 cups white chocolate chips
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup caramel sauce (room temperature

Instructions:

Step 1: Combine chocolate chips, milk, and butter in a medium glass bowl and microwave for 90 seconds.
Step 2: Stir and heat for an additional 15 seconds. Stir and heat for an additional 15 seconds only if necessary. There will still be some unmelted chocolate left in the bowl.
Step 3: Add a few drops of unmelted chocolate and stir until almost smooth. Stir in extract and pecans. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Spread it with a spatula to a thickness of about 2.5 cm. Add caramel sauce. Using a knife or the tip of a spatula, gently fold the caramel into the fudge. Step 4: Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into 1-inch pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
