Preheat the roaster to 375 degrees.
Spray a large 9 × 13 dish dish with cuisine spray.
Add the frozen hash brown galettes( or another frozen potato) to the bottom of the dish dish.
Add the ham, bell pepper onion, and rubbish.
In a large coliseumwhisk together the eggs, milk, swab, and pepper. Pour the egg admixture on top of the food in the dish dish.
