6) Transfer the cutlet admixture to the oiled and lined loaf drum. also place in the roaster for 1 hr to 1 hr and 5 twinkles.
7) *** Please do test if the cutlet is done by using a skewer and poke it in the middle to see that it comes out clean. Every roaster is different and cook times may vary a little.

9) When the cutlet is done, take it out of the roaster and leave in the cutlet drum until cool enough to transfer to a cooling rack.
10) Allow to cool. Store in an watertight vessel.
