This low carb delight is something I can eat over and over again

16 ounces of sliced smoked sausage
1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic
1 cup of diced celery
1 cup of diced bell pepper
1/2 cup of diced onion
3/4 cup of diced carrots
3-4 cups of chopped cabbage
32 ounces of broth (vegetable, beef, or chicken)
1 teaspoon each of paprika and oregano
2 teaspoons each of garlic powder and onion powder
1. In a large pot, brown sliced sausage over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté garlic, onion, celery, bell pepper, and carrots until tender. Add chopped cabbage and cook until wilted.
