Instructions
Preheat the roaster to 350 °F.
Grease and flour three 9- inch round cutlet kissers .
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave oven, and set away to cool.
In a large mixing coliseum, cream the adulation until light and ethereal.
In a separate coliseum, whisk together the flour, swab, and incinerating soda pop.
In another coliseum, combine the buttermilk and vanilla excerpt.
Gradationally add the sugar to the adulation, and mix until well amalgamated.
Add the egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the melted chocolate until well combined.
Add the flour admixture and buttermilk admixture alternatively to the adulation admixture, beginning and ending with the flour admixture. Beat until smooth.
Stir in the coconut and pecans.
In a separate mixing coliseum, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
