INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish or flan mildew via greasing it gently with cooking spray or butter.
- In a blender, mix the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend till clean and nicely combined.
- Pour the flan combination into the organized baking dish or flan mold.
- Create a water bathtub by way of setting the baking dish or flan mould into a large baking pan. Fill the large pan with warm water till it reaches about midway up the facets of the smaller dish or mold.
- Carefully switch the water tub setup into the preheated oven. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or till the flan is set. To take a look at for doneness, insert a toothpick into the middle of the flan; if it comes out clean, the flan is ready.
- Once the flan is done, get rid of it from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate it for at least two hours or till absolutely chilled.
- While the flan is chilling, put together the strawberry jello layer. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry-flavored gelatin in boiling water, stirring till entirely dissolved.
- Stir in the bloodless water and diced sparkling strawberries into the dissolved gelatin mixture.
- Once the flan has set and chilled, cautiously pour the strawberry jello combination over the pinnacle of the flan layer.
- Return the dish to the fridge and permit it to set completely, ideally in a single day or for at least four hours.
- Once the strawberry jello layer has set, get rid of the dish from the refrigerator. To serve, you can both slice the dessert immediately in the dish or invert it onto a serving platter for a beautiful presentation.
- Enjoy your scrumptious and clean strawberry flan jello!
