Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, cooking for about 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and garlic. Stir and bring the mixture to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.
If the sauce is too thin, dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon of water and add to the sauce. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked meatballs back into the skillet, tossing them in the honey garlic sauce until evenly coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or as an appetizer.
