Sauce
In a mixing coliseum, completely mix together all the constituents for the sauce and set away.
Pasta and the remainder of the dish
Cook the pasta in a large pot of interspersed, boiling water according the directions on the package and also drain.
toast the olive oil painting in a large skillet over medium–high heat. Add the minced onion, green pepper and garlic.
