PREPARATION:
Fill saucepan with water and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.Adding fettuccine to the boiling water & cooking to the pasta is tender, for 8 minutes. Drain in a sieve and transfer the pasta into a bowl. Stir in ½ tablespoon of the olive oil so the fettuccine noodles don’t stick, and set aside.Heat olive oil also butter in a 10-inch skillet on medium heat. When butter has melted, adding minced garlic also chili flakes (red pepper flakes) and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 sec.
