Seafood Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

    • 2 cups dried pasta

    • 6 oz. Crab Meat Scissors
    • 8 oz. Shrimp, peeled and cleaned
    • 8 oz. sour cream
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 1 green onion

    • 1 can condensed milk
    • 8 oz.
    • Block Sharp White Cheddar Cheese 4 oz.Block Mozzarella
    • ¼ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
    • Salt, black pepper to taste

How To Make Seafood Mac and Cheese

 

    1. Preheat oven to 350°.
    2. Peel the shrimp if necessary and drain.
    3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain well.
    4. Place the drained pasta in a large bowl.

    1. Add the cream and mix well until all the pasta is covered.
    2. Add the crab meat and mix well.
    3. Finely chop the spring onion. Put aside.
    4. Grate white cheddar cheese.Put aside.
    5. Grate the mozzarella. Put aside.

    1. Melt the butter in a medium skillet or skillet. Add
    2. shrimp.Turn the shrimp over and stir until lightly cooked.
    3. Remove the shrimp from the pan. Once cooled, chop lightly. Add to pasta mixture.
    4. Add the finely chopped onion to the pan with the sauce and fry.

    1. Sprinkle flour over onions and mix well. Let cook and brown for about one minute.
    2. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly until mixture begins to thicken.
    3. Gradually add the grated Cheddar Cheese, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
    4. Pour cheese mixture over the macaroni and seafood mixture. Stir well to combine.
    5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    6. Place the mixture in a well buttered baking dish.

  1. Sprinkle top with grated mozzarella cheese.
  2. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Sprinkle lightly with Paprika, to add color.
  4. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
  5. Serve warm and Enjoy!
