Savory Sausage and Cheddar Egg Muffins

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in the crumbled sausage, sautéed onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Divide the egg mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the egg muffins are fully set and lightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
