Directions:

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooled mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, sour cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined. If using, fold in the chopped green onions.
Fill Muffin Tin: Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and set.
