INSTRUCTIONS

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×5 baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Put aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar and butter, then add the eggs one at a time.
- Add cream, mashed bananas and vanilla to the sugar mixture and stir until smooth.

- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well combined. Do not exaggerate.
- Pour the cake into the prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. While the bread is cooling, prepare the glaze.

- In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar and butter and bring to a boil over medium heat. Continue cooking until sugar is completely dissolved, about 1 minute.
- Add the cream and remove the pan from the heat. Add powdered sugar and salt and mix until smooth.
- Allow the glaze to cool for 5 minutes before pouring it onto the bread.
