In a small heavy skillet, melt1/4 mug adulation. Add pecans, cook over medium heat until heated, about 4 twinkles. Spread on antipode to cool.
In a large mixing coliseum, cream sugar and remaining adulation. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, incinerating greasepaint and swab; add to smashed admixture alternatively with milk. Beat just until combined. Fold in pecans. Pour into three greased 9- in. round incinerating kissers . Singe at 350 degrees for 25- 30 twinkles or until a toothpick fitted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 twinkles before removing from kissers to wire racks to cool fully.
For frosting, in a large mixing coliseum, beat the cream rubbish, adulation, confectioners ’ sugar and vanilla. Beat in enough milk to achieve spreading thickness. Spread frosting between layers and over top and sides of cutlet. Sprinkle with pecans. Store in refrigerator.
