How To Make Pumpkin Pecan Cobbler
- Put the oven on to 350 degrees.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and spices in a medium basin. Place aside.
- Pumpkin, milk, melted butter, and vanilla are combined in a smaller basin. To make a thick batter, combine the wet components with the dry ones. Pour into a tiny, high-sided 8-inch casserole dish.
- Stir together sugar, brown sugar, and pecans in a separate basin. Evenly distribute over the batter’s top. Without stirring a thing, pour hot water over the entire mixture and bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is set. Place on a baking sheet to prevent spills, please. 5-7 minutes to cool before serving.
- Serve topped with vanilla ice cream and additional pecans.
