Season funk with swab and pepper, also comb in flour and shake off any excess.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil painting and melt the adulation on medium heat. Curve visage to fleece with oil painting and adulation unevenly.
Brown the funk( do not overcrowd and work in batches if demanded) for 4- 5 twinkles on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer onto a plate, cover, and set away.
Saute the garlic for a nanosecond or until it’s ambrosial. Add the funk stock, and deglaze the visage scraping any bits stuck to the bottom of the visage with a rustic ladle.
Acclimate the heat to medium–low, and add the heavy cream and the parmesan rubbish to the skillet. Allow the sauce to poach for a couple of twinkles, also season with chili flakes, thyme, and oregano.
Season with swab and pepper to your taste, add the sundried tomatoes also put the funk back in the sauce and let the sauce poach and cake for a many further twinkles.
Garnish with diced fresh basil leaves and serve warm over pasta or rice.
