INGREDIENTS

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 small white onion, chopped

- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 packages Bagels
- 1/3 cup Dill pickles
- 6 slices American cheese
FOR THE BUTTER SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
INSTRUCTIONS

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the minced meat and onions and brown the minced meat, breaking up the meat well as it cooks.

- If necessary, strain the fat and then add the bouillon cube, water, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the liquid has evaporated.
- Place the base of the sandwiches in a baking dish and sprinkle with the beef mixture.Arrange the marinated cucumbers on top, then the cheese slices and the tops of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce and brush on the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with cling film and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Recognize!
