Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp


    • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and cleaned
    • 1/2 cup dry white wine

    • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided
    • Juice of one lemon
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 4 teaspoons black pepper
    • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped


    1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
    2. Pour wine and 2 tablespoons melted butter into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
    3. Place in the oven for 10 minutes to reduce the sauce.

    1. Add the remaining butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the bowl. Add the shrimp and mix with the breadcrumbs.
    2. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt and 2 tablespoons melted butter.
    3. Remove the baking dish from the oven and arrange the shrimp in a single layer so that they adhere well to each other.

    1. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cook for 12 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque but still pink.
    2. Fry over high heat for up to 2 minutes to speed up browning. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.Recognize!
